Samtweiche Haut: Kaffeesatz als Peeling<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Seit Jahren h\u00e4lt sich hartn\u00e4ckig das Ger\u00fccht, dass Peelings \u2013 auch selbstgemachte aus Kaffeesatz \u2013 Wundermittel gegen Cellulite seien. Wir wollen hier weder zur Verteufelung von Cellulite beitragen, noch falsche Versprechen aufstellen. Wof\u00fcr ein Kaffeepeeling aber tats\u00e4chlich gut ist, ist die urspr\u00fcngliche gedachte Einsatzform von Peelings: das Abreiben abgestorbener Hautsch\u00fcppchen. Mische hierf\u00fcr einfach 5 EL Kaffeesatz mit 1 EL Kokos\u00f6l und verteile das DIY Peeling auf deinem K\u00f6rper.&nbsp;Statt Kokos\u00f6l kannst du auch Sheabutter, Oliven\u00f6l oder Jojoba\u00f6l nehmen.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcbrigens: Kaffeesatz im Abfluss nach dem Peeling ist (in kleinen Mengen!) in Ordnung, solange mit genug Wasser nachgesp\u00fclt wird.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"row\"  id=\"row-685791756\">\n\n\n\t<div id=\"col-1708428401\" class=\"col medium-6 small-12 large-6\"  >\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"col-inner\"  >\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\n<h3><strong>4. Zero Waste K\u00fcche: Kaffeesatz als Putzmittel<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Eingebrannte Stellen an der Pfanne \u2013 wir alle kennen sie. Statt beim n\u00e4chsten mal wie gewohnt zur Scheuermilch zu greifen, probier es doch einfach mal mit dem Kaffeesatz, der nach deinem Mittagskaffee \u00fcbrig geblieben ist. Diese nat\u00fcrlich Form des Scheuerpulvers ist ein kleiner Geheimtipp unter den Haushaltstricks, um Pfannen und T\u00f6pfe wieder einsatzbereit zu machen. Die Regenw\u00fcrmer lieben ihn: Kaffeesatz im hauseigenen Kompost<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Dass Kaffee ein guter Pflanzend\u00fcnger sein kann, haben wir bereits erl\u00e4utert. Deshalb ist es bestimmt keine \u00dcberraschung, wenn wir dir sagen, dass er sich auch im heimischen Kompost sehr gut macht. Er reichert den Boden mit N\u00e4hrstoffen an, lockert das Substrat und dient zus\u00e4tzlich als Nahrung f\u00fcr die Regenw\u00fcrmer. Also: schnapp dir deinen Kaffeesatz und ab damit in den Komposthaufen. Bedenk dabei lediglich, ihn im getrockneten Zustand zu verwenden, um Schimmelbildung zu vermeiden.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"row\"  id=\"row-660083690\">\n\n\n\t<div id=\"col-661383704\" class=\"col medium-6 small-12 large-6\"  >\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"col-inner\"  >\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\n<h3><strong>Tipp: So trocknest und lagerst du Kaffeesatz richtig<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Im feuchten Zustand f\u00e4ngt Kaffeesatz schnell an zu schimmeln. Deshalb solltest du ihn erst gr\u00fcndlich trocknen lassen, bevor du ihn weiterverwendest. Das geht ganz einfach, indem du den abgek\u00fchlten Kaffeesatz zum Beispiel auf einem Backblech verteilt an der frischen Luft trocknen l\u00e4sst. Alternativ kannst du das Backblech auch in den Ofen stellen nachdem dieser gerade genutzt wurde und in der Restw\u00e4rme trocknen lassen.
