Office Manager ( Full-time / Part-time )

What the role involves

  • Ensure the smooth running of an office on a day-to-day basis
  • Supports company operations by and office efficiency by answering phone calls, organising filing systems, office equipment procurement, etc
  • Organising meetings and managing databases
  • Booking travel, transport and accommodation
  • Customer care, dealing with customer queries, keeping track of deliveries, etc
  • Carry out company expenses, taxes and basic accounting
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Report directly to Founder
  • Work closely with other KF team members to ensure customers are catered to, whilst liaising with suppliers and partners
  • Organise events such as conferences, awareness events, team building events, etc
  • Ensuring health and safety policies are up to date
  • Work closely with our coffee waste partners to ensure we are delivering adequate services
  • Think outside of the box. We receive worldwide enquiries for our cups, cup rental for events, and material usage for new products.

Must haves 

  • 1 year of office management or personal assistant administrative experience
  • Native German speaker with excellent English skills, both written and oral
  • Reliable transportation
  • MS Office and Excel skills



  • Additional sales training, certifications, etc
  • Basic tax, accounting, and expensing systems experience
