ORDERS & SHIPPING (PRIVATE CUSTOMERS)
After ordering you will receive a confirmation email with information on payment, item availability and delivery times. After receipt of payment your order will be processed and forwarded to the parcel service for shipment. Upon shipment you will receive an email with delivery time and shipment tracking. Standard delivery time within Germany is 2 – 5 working days, to overseas 4 – 10 working days. Delivery times may vary for large order quantities or high order volumes. All shipments are insured up to a value of 500 €.

Kaffeeform products are designed to be robust and durable companions. However, if you are not satisfied you can send back your order. Write us a short message to email@example.com and we will send you a return slip and return label. Please enclose the return slip with the shipment, stick the return label on the package and return the package to us through the respective shipping company. Upon complete receipt of the order we will refund you the full purchase amount. If you paid by bank transfer, we will need the exact bank details (IBAN) to refund the payment.
