Orders & Shipping
After ordering you will receive a confirmation email with information on payment, item availability and delivery times. After receipt of payment, your order will be processed and forwarded to the parcel service for shipment. After the order has been forwarded to DHL or UPS you will receive further information about shipping and tracking by email. Within Germany, we deliver within 2 – 3 working days; the standard delivery time to overseas is 4-10 days. All shipments are insured up to a value of 500 €.

Customs, Clearance & Duties Fees
For international shipping customs, clearance and duties fees may occur. The cost of any customs, clearance or duties fees must be paid for by the customer.

Kaffeeform products are designed to be robust and durable companions. However, if you are not satisfied you can send back your order. Write us a short message to service (at) kaffeeform.com and we will send you a return slip and return label. Please enclose the return slip with the shipment, stick the return label on the package and return the package to us through the respective shipping company. Upon complete receipt of the order we will refund you the full purchase amount. If you paid by bank transfer, we will need the exact bank details (IBAN) to refund the payment.
International & EU Returns: Returns outside of Germany must be paid for by the customer. If you are sending your product back from outside of the EU, please clearly mark the parcel as a ‘Customer Return’. Otherwise, the return will be charged import duties and this fee will be deducted from your refund.
