Orders & Shipping

After ordering you will receive a confirmation email with information on payment, item availability and delivery times. After receipt of payment, your order will be processed and forwarded to the parcel service for shipment.

After the order has been forwarded to GLS, you will receive further information about shipping and tracking by email. The standard delivery time within Germany is 2 – 5 working days, to overseas 4 – 10 working days. Delivery times may vary for large order quantities or high order volumes. All shipments are insured up to a value of 500 €.

Coffee form products are designed to be robust and durable companions that provide consumers with lasting enjoyment. However, if you are not satisfied, you can send back your order. Write us a short message to service@kaffeeform.com and we will send you a return slip and return label from GLS. Please enclose the completed return slip with the shipment and stick the return label on the package. Please return the package to us via a GLS parcel shop near you (https://gls-group.eu/DE/de/depot-paketshop-suche). After complete receipt of the order, we will refund you the full purchase amount.

If you paid by bank transfer, we will need the exact bank details (IBAN) to refund the payment.
